About M/s. RRN Legal

M/s. RRN Legal traces its beginnings to 2011, when three advocates who had each trained under senior members of the Bar came together to build a common practice. In 2014 the firm assumed its present name, RRN Legal, reflecting the initials of its founding partners.

From its office on Armenian Street in the Parrys area of Chennai, the firm serves a varied base of clients, including individuals, proprietorships, partnerships, private and public companies, trusts and institutions.

The three partners bring complementary strengths. One partner focuses on civil and commercial litigation, company law, debt recovery and arbitration; another concentrates on conveyancing, property law, commercial and banking matters; and the third practises principally in criminal law, family disputes and allied areas, alongside conveyancing and commercial work. Each partner began his career assisting senior advocates and built independent practice across the High Court of Madras and a range of specialised tribunals and forums.

The firm's work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters. On the litigation side, partners prosecute and defend client interests before the High Court of Madras, the National Company Law Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Magistrate and District Courts, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the Small Causes Court, consumer forums and the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority. On the advisory and transactional side, the firm undertakes drafting of deeds and agreements, title due diligence, company incorporation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property registration and structuring of commercial arrangements.
