Enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 2009, R. Alvin Manoj Raj has over fourteen years of experience. He began his practice in 2009 at the High Court of Madras, working with Senior Advocate Mr. N. Natarajan, a reputed criminal lawyer, and subsequently at HLC Associates under Mrs. Ramani Natarajan, Advocate, and Mr. G. Ravi Kumar, Senior Central Government Standing Counsel.
Through this work he gained exposure to constitutional law, consumer matters, medical jurisprudence and writ proceedings across both the appellate and original sides of the High Court of Madras, working with the Code of Civil Procedure, constitutional law, intellectual property law, labour law and consumer law.
His practice today centres on criminal law and allied areas, alongside conveyancing, commercial contracting and property work. He handles matters extensively before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, the Small Causes Court and the High Court of Madras.
