Enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in 2009, R. Aneesan has over fourteen years of experience. He began his career in the Supreme Court of India in 2009 with the late Senior Advocate Mr. P. P. Rao (Padma Bhushan), known for his work in constitutional law, where he developed expertise in drafting, pleadings and trial work in civil matters.
He moved his practice to the High Court of Madras in 2012, focusing on conveyancing, property law, commercial and business law, and bank matters before the Debts Recovery Tribunals. He has been empanelled with various public and private limited companies and has served as a Government Advocate (Criminal Side) in the High Court of Madras.
His advisory work includes legal opinions in the banking and infrastructure sectors, property transfers, the drafting of deeds, agreements and documents in the infrastructure sector, and cheque-dishonour matters.
